It all started when…

I wanted to create a space for people to connect through fitness without the confines of a traditional gym. To create a community space for those who can’t make it to the gym because of scheduling issues, for those who can’t afford an expensive gym membership, or those who have limitations that hold them back.

This space is for you. So you have access to a community to push you. To inspire you. To give you workouts that are accessible.

All of the workouts I post can be done at home with minimal, if any equipment. I also give you a version if you do have access to a gym and equipment..
